Terms and Conditions
According to the legislation of the Republic of Latvia, the owner of an online store is required to define the terms of product delivery and return, as well as the right of withdrawal. This statement is referred to as a Distance Contract (in accordance with Cabinet Regulations).
Distance Contract
The seller of the goods offered in this online store, hereinafter referred to as the Seller, and the person placing the order, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, enter into the following Agreement:
The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver the goods to the Buyer in accordance with the Buyer’s order.
Order and Payment Procedure
The Buyer places an order through this website, specifying the type and quantity of goods. The Buyer may pay for the goods using the payment tools integrated into the online store or by paying the invoice prepared by the Seller and sent to the Buyer via email. The invoice is generated electronically and is valid without a signature.
The Seller ensures the production of goods within 21 days from the date of receiving payment. The Seller always strives to fulfill the order as quickly as possible, within reasonable limits.
The Seller ensures the delivery of goods within 35 days from the date of production, depending on the delivery company's timelines and conditions.
Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving the goods by sending a written notice of withdrawal to the Seller. A withdrawal form will be sent to the Buyer via email upon request.
The Buyer is obligated to return the goods to the Seller within 7 days after sending the withdrawal notice. All costs related to returning the goods are to be covered by the Buyer.
The Buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if:
-
The goods, due to their nature, cannot be returned, or they perish or are quickly consumed;
-
The goods have been made specifically for the Buyer as a custom order;
-
The packaging of audio or video recordings or software has been opened.
According to Article 12, Section 6 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia, “the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the product during the withdrawal period.”
The Seller reserves the right to refuse the Buyer's withdrawal or withhold a compensation fee if the goods have been damaged due to careless handling, failure to follow instructions, or if the original packaging is missing or significantly damaged.
